PAYMENTS:
We accept Master Charge, VISA and American Express. Our order site is SECURE and you do not have to worry about your credit card numbers winding up in the wrong hands.

SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS first class mail. We will ship your custom order in 7-10 days. Shipping and Handling charges will be a Flat Rate of $4.95 per order.

RUSH ORDERS:
We will ship your Rush order within 2-3 days via USPS Insured Priority Mail
(3-Day Delivery). Rush orders must be WHITE Undies, but may include any available thread color for your custom embroidered message. Rush Orders will be charged an additional $10.00 special handling fee.

PRIVACY:
We care about our customers! That is why we never sell or give any customer information to anyone. Our site uses an order and registration form so that you may request information, products and services. We use this information for your personal order processing only. We do not sell or rent your financial or personal information to anyone.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
As our products are personal in nature, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. All sales are final. If you receive damaged merchandise, you will need to make a damage claim with the carrier. In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that does not match your order, you must e-mail us within 24 hours of shipment arrival. We will resolve this problem for you as quickly as possible.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
FunnyUndies.com has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. The displayed colors of our products, however, may depend upon the monitor of the user. We cannot guarantee the users’ monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products.

Our garments are made for Novelty Use Only. The embroidery backing may not be comfortable for extended wear.
